Our Heritage Library collection contains rare and valuable archival documents, books and periodicals in various European languages; early Arabic printed materials, such as books, journals, magazines and newspapers; and manuscripts, maps, atlases, globes, historical photographs, and instruments and tools related to travel. The main collection has extensive resources about Arabic horses, falconry, the history of the GCC, football and the World Cup, and anthropology and genealogy in GCC countries. We also offer classical books in literature, poetry and Islam.

For a 30-minute reference help interview with a librarian (online or in-person), send your request here. Our reference librarians are here to:

  • Assist users in efficiently navigating the databases and Library's website to be confident in their own research efforts
